At The Gentle Man, every gesture is handcrafted — personalized, considered, and made with intention.
Because of this, each order and membership plan is custom-curated and therefore not eligible for traditional refunds.

We understand that every relationship is unique, and we stand behind our work with care and fairness.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Each gift or experience is selected and approved by you before it is prepared or sent.

  • Once approved and processed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged unless:

    • The product arrives damaged or defective, or

    • The delivery is incorrect due to our error.

  • In such cases, we will replace the item or issue a partial credit at our discretion.

If a gesture ever fails to deliver the emotion intended — if “she doesn’t smile” —
we don’t hide behind fine print.
We learn, we refine, and we try again (within reason and within your plan’s scope).

Delivery

We partner only with trusted couriers and jewelers.
Each package is prepared discreetly, without external branding, to preserve privacy and elegance.

We believe beauty takes time — and perfection cannot be hurried.
Typical delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–4 weeks

  • North America: 3–4 weeks
    (Exact times may vary based on item type and location.)

Tracking information is shared directly with you — never with the recipient.

Membership Cancellations

  • You may pause, change, or cancel your monthly plan anytime before your next billing date.

  • Once a billing cycle begins and curation starts, that month’s payment is non-refundable.

  • The First Gesture plan is a one-time experience and cannot be refunded once approved.
